A relaxation massage appointment with Karen at the Croydon Park clinic.

Sometimes your body simply needs time to slow down, switch off and be cared for. A relaxation massage uses smooth, flowing movements and a comfortable level of pressure to help ease general muscular tension and encourage a deep sense of calm.
Unlike remedial massage, the focus is not on treating a particular injury or problem area. The treatment is designed to help your whole body relax, making it a lovely choice when you have been feeling stressed, tired, overwhelmed or simply in need of some time for yourself.
Your preferred pressure can be discussed before and during the treatment, so your massage feels comfortable and relaxing throughout.

View on GoogleI have been seeing Karen for my pregnancy massages and they are hands down some of the best massages I have ever had (pregnancy or not). Her hands are magic! Karen is always so kind, and so intuitive to each of her client’s wants & needs. She makes you feel very comfortable and her massage space is so homely. It is an absolute pleasure to see her every time!
View on GoogleAfter major surgery, I suffered from severe lymphoedema for five years and was in constant daily pain. After just one treatment with Karen at Massageology, I was absolutely amazed. For the first time in years, my hands and feet did not swell for 24 hours. I was so shocked and happy that I stayed up until 2am watching them, just to believe it was real. With weekly lymphatic drainage treatments, Karen has helped reduce my swelling to a level that is comfortable and manageable. On very hot days there is still some swelling, but compared to before, this is something I can truly live with. Most importantly, my five years of daily pain are behind me. My family and I are absolutely amazed by the results. Thank you so much, Karen. 🙏
View on GoogleKaren has a relaxing studio and she is an amazing experienced massage therapist. She can get to the deep knots and work out tricky tight muscles, and she can do head and face massage, which I never thought I needed til I met her. Definitely recommend giving her a go for a professional massage. Also love that she has an easy booking site and different length sessions for all price ranges.
View on Google⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the most amazing pregnancy massage with Karen at Massageology. She was warm, professional, and instantly made me feel comfortable. The massage itself was tailored perfectly for pregnancy—gentle where it needed to be, but still so effective in easing my aches and tension. I walked out feeling lighter, relaxed, and genuinely cared for. Highly recommend Karen if you’re looking for a safe, supportive, and truly rejuvenating pregnancy massage!
View on GoogleKaren has a wealth of experience and a professional attitude. She works with sports injury, pregnancy massage, lymphatic drainage and regular massage. Both my husband and I see Karen and always walk away happy with the service she provides. I recommend booking in an appointment to find out for yourself where she can help you.
