A remedial massage appointment with Karen at the Croydon Park clinic.

A remedial massage is more than simply applying firm pressure to sore muscles. It is a targeted treatment that looks at where you are experiencing pain or tension, what may be contributing to it and how it is affecting your movement and everyday life.
Before we begin, I will talk with you about what has brought you in, any injuries or health concerns you may have, and what you would like to achieve from your treatment. I will then tailor the massage to suit you, focusing on the areas that need attention while still allowing your body time to relax.
Depending on what I find and what feels appropriate for you, your treatment may include deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, stretching and other remedial techniques. Pressure can range from gentle to firm and will always be adjusted to your comfort. Remedial massage does not need to be painful to be effective.

You do not need to have a specific injury to benefit from remedial massage. Some clients come in with a particular problem, while others book regular treatments to manage recurring tension, stay mobile and help their body feel more comfortable.

View on GoogleKaren has a relaxing studio and she is an amazing experienced massage therapist. She can get to the deep knots and work out tricky tight muscles, and she can do head and face massage, which I never thought I needed til I met her. Definitely recommend giving her a go for a professional massage. Also love that she has an easy booking site and different length sessions for all price ranges.
